山东省呼吸道过敏性疾病500例过敏原情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨山东省呼吸道过敏性疾病常见过敏原的致病情况,为呼吸道过敏性疾病流行病学研究及临床诊断、治疗和预防提供重要依据。方法:对500例呼吸道过敏性疾病患者进行过敏原皮肤点刺试验,采用阿罗格标准化吸入性过敏原点刺液及点刺针进行皮肤点刺试验,同时应用生理盐水和组胺液进行阴性和阳性对照。结果:本组353例皮试阳性,阳性率70.6%;儿童组皮试阳性率明显高于成人组(P<0.01);尘螨过敏原(屋尘螨、粉尘螨)皮试阳性率明显高于其他过敏原(P<0.01);男性与女性皮试阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:山东省呼吸道过敏性疾病多为吸入性过敏原致病,致病性过敏原主要是屋尘螨、粉尘螨、动物皮毛、白杨、艾蒿、真菌、尘螨为首要过敏原。与成人相比,过敏原导致儿童呼吸道过敏性疾病的可能性更大。Objective：To explore the pathogenicity of common respiratory allergen in Shandong province in order to provide important basis for epidemiological study of allergic respiratory diseases, clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Methods ：500 patients with aller-gic respiratory diseases underwent skin prick test with Arog 14 inhalation standardized prick test solution, using the saline and 10 g/L phosphoric acid solution of histamine as negative and positive controls respectively. Results ： The results of the skin test of 353 patients were positive and the positive rate was 70.6% in this group;the positive rate of the skin test in children group was significantly higher than that in the adult group （P 〈 0.01 } ;the positive rate of the skin test of dust mite allergens （house dust mites, dust mites） was significantly higher than that of other allergens （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the comparison of the positive rate of the skin test was not significantly different between the male and female patients （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The allergic respiratory disease in Shandong province is commonly caused by inhalation allergens. The pathogenic allergens are mainly house dust mite, dust mite, animal fur, white poplar, mugwort and mold, moreover dust mite is the primary allergen. Compared with the adults, children are more likely to be venerable to respiratory allergic disease.
