摘  要:目的探讨骨碱性磷酸酶和25羟维生素D在佝偻病早期诊断和疗效中的评价作用。方法门诊诊治的60例佝偻病患儿测定外周血骨碱性磷酸酶和25羟维生素D的浓度,治疗前与同期健康体检婴幼儿30例作比较,用维生素D治疗一月后比较治疗前后骨碱性磷酸酶和25羟维生素D的浓度变化。结果治疗前佝偻病组血骨碱性磷酸酶浓度为289 U/L显著高于对照组215 U/L(P<0.05),血25羟维生素D浓度13 ng/mL显著低于对照组45 ng/mL(P<0.05)。治疗后血骨碱性磷酸酶浓度为218 U/L显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),血25羟维生素D浓度为32 ng/mL显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论小儿骨碱性磷酸酶和25羟维生素D的检测,可以早期发现佝偻病并可以评价治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application of bone alkaline phosphatase and 25 Hydroxy vitamin D in the early diagnosis and treatment of rickets. Methods 60 cases of rickets in Outpatient treatment were tested in terms of the periph- eral blood bone alkaline phosphatase and 25 hydroxy vitamin D, and then the results were compared with 30 cases of healthy infants before the treatment. After One month of treatment with vitamin D, the concentration changes of bone alka- line phosphatase and 25 Hydroxy vitamin D were carefully compared. Results Before treatment, the blood concentration of bone alkaline phosphatase was 289 U/L in rickets group and was significantly higher than that of the control group (215 U/L) (P 〈 0.05 ). The concentration of 25 hydroxyl vitamin D was 13 ng/inL and was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 〈0. 05). After treatment, the blood concentration of bone alkaline phosphatase was 218 U/L in rickets group and was significantly lower than that before treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The concentration of 25 hydroxyl vitamin D was 32 ng/mL and was significantly higher than that before treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Detection of bone alkaline phos- phatase and 25 hydroxy vitamin D can be used to diagnose the early rickets and evaluate the therapeutic effect, and there- fore is worthy of clinical application.
