摘　　要：目的观察如意金黄散湿敷加微波理疗治疗脂肪乳致静脉炎的效果。方法将80例静脉输入脂肪乳致静脉炎的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组用如意金黄散加蜂蜜湿敷再给予微波理疗,对照组给予50%的硫酸镁湿敷。结果观察组疗效、疼痛缓解、红肿消退及皮肤痊愈时间均优于对照组(P<0.01或0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论如意金黄散湿敷加微波理疗治疗脂肪乳致静脉炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Ruyi Jinhuang powd^r hydropathic compress plus microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of phlebitis caused by the effect of fat emulsion. Methods 80 cases of intravenous fat emulsion of phlebitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group, the observation group are using Ruyijinhuang powder and honey wet compress to microwave physiotherapy, the control group are received 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress. Results significant difference between the two groups of patients, such as the curative effect of therapeutic group, pain relief time, redness and swelling subsided and the skin to heal, with statistical significance. Conclusion Ruyijinhuang powder wet compress and microwave physiotherapy treatment has significant curative effects on Phlebitis caused by fat emulsion.
