边缘性病灶切除术治疗脊柱结核的效果观察及可吸收止血绫在此类手术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的观察重度脊柱结核伴后凸畸形患者采用边缘性病灶切除术的治疗疗效以及可吸收止血绫（泰绫）在此类手术中的应用，探索前路结核病灶边缘性切除术治疗重度脊柱结核的价值。方法选择我院于2007年1月～2009年1月收治的重度胸腰椎结核病患者40例，均对其应用前路边缘性病灶切除术治疗，40例患者均顺利完成手术。结果40例患者植骨融合的平均时间是4~6个月，所有植骨均完全融合，后凸畸形矫正情况：胸椎段：27．9°，胸腰段：20．7°，腰椎段：16．4°。结论泰绫具有明显的封闭创面渗血、促进伤口愈合、降低术后感染机率等作用。Objective To discuss on application of tailing in the operation of tuberculosis of spine.Methods Patients were severe thoracolumbar tuberculosis patients in 40 cases, the anterior focus resection in treatment, 40 patients were successfully completed operation. Results The average time of 40 patients with bone graft fusion is 4~6 months, all the bone graft were completely fusion, kyphosis correction： thoracic segment： 27.9°, 20.7 ° , thoracolumbar： lumbar segment： 16.4 .Conclusion Tai Ling has a closed wound bleeding, wound healing, reduce postoperative infection rate.
