单病种质量管理标准化护理模式在人工髋关节置换术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨单病种质量管理标准化护理模式在行人工髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2010年6月-2011年6月在我院行髋关节置换术的30例患者作为对照组，给予常规治疗护理；选择2011年7月-2012年7月在我院行髋关节置换术的33例患者作为观察组，根据科室制定的单病种质量管理标准化护理模式护理。比较两组护理质量及术后并发症。结果：实验组患者健康教育知晓率、基础护理、护理文书书写质量、护理质量满意度及术后并发症发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：单病种质量管理标准化护理模式应用于人工髋关节置换术的患者中可规范护理措施，提高患者健康教育知晓率、降低术后并发症的发生、提高患者的满意度，从而提高了护理质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of application of the standardized nursing model of single disease quality management in patients with artificial hip replacement. Methods ：30 patients who underwent artificial hip replacement from June 2010-June 2011 in our hospital were taken as the control group and other 30 patients with artificial hip replacement from July 2011 ~ July 2012 in our hospital were taken as the observation group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care ; the patients in the observation group were given nursng care according to the standardized nursing model of single disease quality management. The quality of nursing care and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results ： There were statistically significant differ-ences in the comparison of the awareness rate of health education of the patients, the quality of the basic nursing care and writing quality of nursing document, patient satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Application of the standardized nursing model of single disease quality management can increase patient＇s awareness rate of health educa- tion,reduce the postoperative complications and can also improve patient satisfaction and the quality of nursing care.
