摘　　要：目的 研究创伤关节镜下手术治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折的效果.方法 选取2010年3月～2013年3月于本院进行治疗的胫骨平台后侧骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例.观察组患者采取创伤关节镜下胫骨平台后侧骨折手术治疗,对照组患者采取后侧入路手术治疗.对两组患者进行随访,记录膝关节功能改善情况和患者满意度.结果 观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,骨折复位优良率高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 创伤关节镜下治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折效果显著,膝关节功能恢复快,可促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study the effects of invasive arthroscopic surgical treatment for posterior fracture of tibial plateau. Methods 60 patients with tibial posterior plateau fracture in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were selected. They were evenly divided into control group and observation group. In the observation group, the thera- peutic regimen of invasive arthroscopic surgical treatment for posterior fracture of tibial plateau was adopted, and in the control group, the therapeutic schedule of posterior approach surgery was applied. The improvement of knee-joint and patient＇s satisfaction were recorded after follow-up visits. Results The excellent and good rate of knee-joint func- tional recovery in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, and he excellent and good rate of fracture reduction in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group, the difference was signifi- cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of invasive arthroscopic surgical treatment for posterior fracture is excellent, knee-joint function recover fast, and the patient recover soon, is worthy of expansion in clinic.
