替米沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗高血压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨替米沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗中重度原发性高血压的效果.方法 回顾性分析本所2008年4月～2011年12月收治的200例中重度高血压患者的临床资料,对照组（100例）采用硝苯地平治疗,治疗组（100例）采用硝苯地平缓释片联合替米沙坦治疗,采用偶测及动态血压监测分析两组疗效.结果 治疗组有效率为95％,显著高于对照组的83％（x2=3.972,P＜0.05）；在24 h血压均值、日间血压均值及夜间血压均值方面,两组治疗前后差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗前后两组血压波动性差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 硝苯地平缓释片联合替米沙坦口服能有效控制中重度高血压患者24 h血压,安全可靠,耐受性好,不良反应少.Objective To investigate the effect telmisartan combined with nifedipine in the.treatment of moderate and severe primary hypertension patients. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of severe hypertensive patients in our hospital from April 2008 to December 2011 was retrospectively analyzed,the control group（lO0 cases） was treated with nifedipine,the treatment group（100 cases） was treated with nifedipine extended release tablets combined with telmisar- tan. The curative effect of the two groups was analyzed by casual and dynamic blood pressure monitoring. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95%.which was significantly higher than that of the control group （83%）（Xz= 3.972,P〈0.05）;in the aspect of 24 h mean blood pressure,daytime mean blood pressure and nighttime blood pressure mean,the differences of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly significant（P〈O.OS）,but the compar- ison between the two groups with no significant differences （P〉0.05）;there were a!l significant difference of the blood pressure rhythm in the two groups before and after the treatment （P〈0.05）,the comparison between the two groups was significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine extended release tablets combined with telmisartan oral can effectively control the 24 h blood pressure,with safe,reliable and good tolerance,and less adverse reaction.
