瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉在骨科手术中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉在骨科手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取本院骨科手术患者60例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。两组均实施全凭静脉麻醉、相同的麻醉诱导,对照组麻醉维持采用芬太尼、丙泊酚、维库溴铵,观察组麻醉维持为瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚、维库溴铵。观察两组患者不同麻醉时刻的心率和血压改变情况。结果观察组手术开始时、手术开始20 min、手术结束时的平均动脉压均低于对照组,苏醒时间、拔管时间早于对照组(P<0.05);丙泊酚用量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉在骨科手术中的应用效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia for opera- tion in department of orthopedics. Methods 60 patients with operation in department of orthopedics were selected and randomly divided into the bservation group （n=30） and the control group （n=30）.The two groups were given total intra- venous anesthesia and induction of anesthesia,fentanyl, propofol and vecuronium bromide were used for anesthesia maintaining in the control group while remifentanil, propofol and vecuronium bromide were used in the observation group.Heart rate and blood pressure changes were observed in the two groups at different anesthesia time. Resul~ The average artery pressure in the observation group at the of the operation was lower than those in the control beginning of the operation,operation to 20 minutes and the end group,the recovery time and extubation time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;the propofol dosage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofol for operation in the department of orthopedics has significant effect.
