摘　　要：目的了解江苏大学附属医院2011年药物不良反应(ADR)报告情况并进行分析,以期促进临床安全、合理用药。方法对该院2011年收集的279例ADR报告,分别从患者的性别、年龄以及引发ADR的药物种类、给药途径、ADR累及器官或系统等方面进行分类统计、分析。结果 279例ADR涉及的药物类别有15类97种,排序前3位的依次是抗感染药物106例(28.96%)、抗肿瘤用药81例(22.13%)、心血管系统用药29例(7.92%);静脉滴注更易引发ADR,共246例(81.46%);ADR累及的器官或系统主要为皮肤及其附件损害,其次为胃肠系统损害、肝胆系统损害。结论应加强与重视医院ADR的监测和报告工作,提高上报意识,完善并提高ADR报告质量;重点加强严重的、新的ADR监测,降低漏报率;充分发挥临床药师用药监护的作用,以减少可以预见的ADR发生。Objective To understand and analyze the conditions of adverse drug reactions（ADR） reports in Affiliated Hospital Of Jiangsu University in 2011 in order to promote safe, rational drug use. Methods 279 cases of ADR reports in our hospital in 2011 were collected and performed the statistical analysis by classification in aspects of gender and age, drug types,route of administration,ADR involved organs or systems and other aspects of the classification. Results 279 cases of ADR involved the drug in 15 categories and 97 kinds. The top 3 is in turn the anti-infective agents （ 106 cases,28.96% ） ,anti tumor drugs （81 cases, 22.13 % ） and cardiovascular system drugs （29 cases,7.92% ） ;the intravenous infusion is more prone to touch off adverse reactions （a total of 246 cases,81.46% ） ;The main organ or system ADR involved were skin and its accessories, followed by the gastrointestinal system, hepatobiliary system. Conclusion We should strengthen and attach importance to the hospital ADR monitoring and reporting work,improve the reporting consciousness, perfect and improve the quality of the ADR report. ,focus on strengthening the serious,the new ADR monitoring,reduce the false acceptance rate and give full play to the role of clinical pharmacist pharmaceutical care,in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR that can be predicted.
