糖皮质激素与β_2-受体激动剂小剂量吸入治疗哮喘的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量吸入糖皮质激素(布地奈德)与β2-受体激动剂(沙美特罗)治疗哮喘的疗效。方法选取2010年7月—2011年7月我院接受治疗的106例哮喘患者。根据不同的治疗方法分组,治疗组患者53例,采用布地奈德与沙美特罗联合雾化吸入治疗。对照组患者53例,采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者1周后治疗效果。结果治疗后治疗组第1秒的肺活量(FEV1)以及呼气流量峰值(PEF)变异率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年后,治疗组得0分、1分患者明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量吸入糖皮质激素(布地奈德)与β2-受体激动剂(沙美特罗)有助于控制和缓解哮喘症状,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical of treating asthma with glucocorticoid and small doses of inhaling β 2 agonists.Methods Choosed 106 patients of asthma from Jul.2010 to Jul.2011 to divide into study group and controlled group.Study group were treated with budesonide combined salmeterol by inhaling.Controlled group were treated with budesonide.Compared the clincal effects of these two groups after one week.Results There was no difference in FEV 1 and PEF of two groups after treatment（P 0.05）.After followed up 1 years,there were more cases of 0,1 scores in study groups than controlled group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Choosing budesonide combined salmeterol to treat asthma to extend clinic.
