摘　　要：目的分析我院2010年10—12月和2011年10—12月神经外科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况,为加强抗菌药物的合理使用和规范管理提供依据。方法调查2010年10—12月和2011年10—12月神经外科Ⅰ类切口手术患者出院病历,对抗菌药物选药正确、用法用量、用药时间、疗程、药物联用等情况进行统计分析,比较两个时间段抗菌药物预防使用情况。结果我院2011年Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防使用抗菌药物选药正确率、用法用量正确率、给药时机正确率、使用疗程及联用情况比2010年明显提高。结论通过调查干预可有效提高抗菌药物围术期使用情况,促进临床合理用药。Objective Compared to analysis the first people＇s hospital of Lianyungang city in 2010 and 2011 in 10— 12 neurological surgery in type Ⅰincision operation during perioperative preventive use antimicrobial agents,and to strengthen the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and standardized management,provides the basis.Methods Survey in 2010 and 2011 in 10—12 neurological surgery in typeⅠincision operation patients leave hospital medical records,antimicrobial drugs to choose the correct,usage and dosage,drug use time,treatment,drug combinations,etc,statistical analysis,compare two time of the use of antibacterial agents.Results The first people＇s hospital of Lianyungang city 2011 classⅠincision operation perioperative period to prevent the reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs significantly improved compared with 2010.Conclusion Through investigation and intervention can effectively improve the antimicrobial agents perioperative usage,and to promote rational clinical use of drugs.
