肺经草与兔耳风联合杏苏散治疗咳嗽症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察地方草药肺经草、兔耳风以及杏苏散联合治疗咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2007年2月—2013年2月接收的120例咳嗽患者,随机分为两组,每组各60例。观察组采用肺经草、兔耳风与杏苏散联合方式治疗;对照组采用盐酸溴已新片治疗。观察两组的临床疗效以及用药不良反应。结果观察组疗效优于对照组。观察组未见明显不良反应,对照组发生率为6.7%(4/60)。结论肺经草、兔耳风及杏苏散联合方式治疗咳嗽症有比较明显的临床疗效,且用药安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of treating cough with herba Saniculae and Ainsliaea combined Xingsu powder.Methods Choosed 120 patients suffered cough from Feb.2007 to Feb.2013 to divide into study group and controlled group with 60 cases in each other.The study group were treated with herba Saniculae and Ainsliaea combined Xingsu powder,controlled group were treated with bromhexine tablets.Compared the effect and adverse effects of these two groups.Results Study group＇s treatment outcome better than controlled group.There was no adverse effects in study group and the incidence of adverse effect in controlled group was 6.7%.Conclusion Treating cough with herba Saniculae and Ainsliaea combined Xingsu powder receive better effect and safety to extend in clinic.
