α-膦酰基氨基甲酸酯类对家蝇幼虫活性的筛选方法研究

摘　　要：本文以家蝇幼虫为对象 ,采用改进的混合饲料试验法分别测定了13种商品化杀虫剂和10个 α-膦酰基氨基甲酸酯类化合物的杀虫活性。结果表明 ,该方法与常规筛选方法测定的结果基本一致 ,且具有操作简单、快速、灵敏和重复性好等特点 。A modified screening method for insecticidal activity of the compounds against the first ～second instars larvae of susceptible housefly (Musca domestica) was described. The bioassay system detected the insecticidal activity of 13 commercial insecticides and 10 α-phosphorylated carbamate compounds against the first ～second instars larvae of susceptible housefly with the same results obtained by the conventional screening method, indicating that the technique possessed some advantages such as easy operation, rapidity, sensitivity and good reproducibility, and was suitable for mass screening of compounds.
