摘 要:通过跳台实验和 morris水迷宫实验检验转基因小鼠的学习和记忆能力。从行为学方面验证阿尔茨海默症转基因动物模型。结果表明 ,3月龄 APP6 95转基因鼠与对照组的两次错误及触电潜伏期等 3个指标上均有极显著差异。水迷宫实验中 ,APP6 95及APP75 1转基因鼠的的错误总数与游出时间均与对照组有极显著差异。结果提示 ,该转基因鼠的表现符合老年痴呆病的早期表现。The step down test and morris water maze test were applied to examine the learning and acquisition ability of the transgenic mice of Alzhimer's disease. In step down test, the APP695 transgenic mice at the age of 3 months showed siginificant difference in counts of errors and latency time as comparing with those of the control group( P <0.01).In water maze test,9 months old APP695 and APP751 transgenic mice showed great difference in total counts and latency time as compared with those of the control group. It was suggested that the transgenic model's behavior was conformed to the behavior of the early stage of human Alzhimer's disease.
