摘　　要：提出采用Nbear框架实现的基于B/S模式的医院图书馆管理系统的设计开发模式。Nbear提供了许多灵活的工具和组件且结构严谨,大大提高了系统的开发效率,增强程序的可维护性。建立图书馆管理系统不但提高了馆员工作效率,而且还推动了医院文化生活的进步,同时也满足了三甲医院的评审要求。该系统适合向其它医院及各类院校图书馆推广应用。This paper suggests a designing ＆ development mode of library management system based on B/S mode with Nbear Frame, Nbear with strict structure and kinds of flexible tools and components increases the efficiency of system development greatly and enhances the maintainability of the program. The establishment of library management system not only improves the efficiency of librarians, but also promotes the progress of the hospital＇s cultural life and meet the accreditation requirements of top three hospitals. It is suitable to promote application of the library management system among hospitals and college libraries.
