摘　　要：目的减轻使用高频电刀时对组织的损伤。方法总结2010年1月至2011年11月使用高频电刀减小对组织损伤的体会。结果正确，严格遵守高频电力使用方法及操作规程可以减小高频电刀对组织损伤。结论电刀是一把双刃剑，它可以帮助我们在手术操作上减少出血，但同时电刀的热效应会对其周围组织产生副损伤，正确的使用电刀就要求除了操作的准确之外，还应把电刀调节到一个合适的使用功率，让其热效应所造成的副损伤降到最低，力争让其实用性与安全性达到统一。Objective To reduce the tissue damage as the use of high frequency electrotome.Methods From January 2010 to November 2011, the experience of the tissue damage in the use of the high frequency electrotome.Result It can reduce the electrosurgical tissue injury when you abide correctly and strictly by electrosurgical methods and operating procedures. Conclusion The high frequency electrotome is a double-edged sword, it can help to reduce bleeding during surgical procedures while the electric knife will cause side damage to the surrounding tissue. In addition to the accurate operation,You should also adjust the high frequency electrotome to an appropriate use of power, let the vice damage caused by the high frequency electrotome to a minimum, strive to let the practicality and safety to achieve unity.
