摘 要:纤维藻 (Ankistrodesmussp .)对镍毒作用反应敏感 ,对Ni2 +的吸附、吸收作用随着 ρ (Ni2 +)的增加而增加 .在同一 ρ(Ni2 +)中 ,不同的培养时间里 ,其吸附量在 12h达到最大 .纤维藻对Ni2 +的吸收作用与实验浓度呈明显正相关 ,r =0 .99(P <0 .0 1) .细胞对Ni2 +的富积能力较大 ,累积系数 (CF)从 2 .7× 10 2 ~ 3.82× 10 2 变化不等 .受Ni2 +[ρ(Ni2 +) / μgmL-1=0 .2 ,0 ,8,3.2 ]毒作用后的纤维藻细胞变大 ;细胞内多磷酸体体积增大 ,数目减少 ;细胞壁加厚、变形 ,细胞质出现明显的质壁分离 ;类囊体片层结构被明显破坏 .图 4表 1参 2This study indicated that Ankistrodesmus sp. was sensitive to toxicity of heavy metal Nickel, and the amounts of Ni 2+ adsorbed and absorbed by alga increased with rising of Ni 2+ concentration. In the same concentration,the amounts of adhesion of Ni 2+ by Ankistrodesmus sp. would reach the highest after 12 h at different exposure time. There was an evident positive relation between the uptake to Ni 2+ and concentration of the test, r =0.99 ( P <0.01). The cells had greater absorption of Ni 2+ , and the concentration factor (CF) for Ni 2+ was found to be changed from 2.70×10 2 to 3.82×10 2. The effect of Ni 2+ on the morphology of Ankistrodesmus sp. was also studied. it was found that when exposured to ρ (Ni 2+ )/ μ g mL -1 =0.2, 0.8, 3.2 ,the cells were enlarged, proplast was withdrawn from the cell wall, and thlakoids were distroyed and swollen. In some cells,multivesiculate bodies were observed in cytoplasm, polyphosphate bodies were enlarged and their number decreased. Fig 4, Tab 1, Ref 20
