摘　　要：利用随机扩增多态性片段DNA技术 (RAPD)对黑龙江、新疆、贵州、四川、甘肃和云南寄生于鲤鱼的头槽绦虫以及广东、广西、福建和贵州寄生于草鱼的头槽绦虫进行了多态性分析。结果显示 :我国寄生于鲤鱼、草鱼的头槽绦虫种群内部变异程度较高 ,大致分为两个类群 ,即寄生于草鱼的头槽绦虫和寄生于鲤鱼的头槽绦虫 ,其分布呈现明显的地理区域性 ,主要分布于不同的南北水系中。草鱼头槽绦虫又可分为 2个亚类 :珠江水系头槽绦虫和贵州地区头槽绦虫 ;鲤鱼头槽绦虫可分为 2个亚类 :长江水系头槽绦虫和黄河水系头槽绦虫。同时还找到了区分草鱼、鲤鱼头槽绦虫的特异带型。这一结果使我国不同地区草鱼。This study provides new evidence for the classification ofBothriocephalus (Cestoda: Pseudorhyllidea) through RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) analysis. 12 random 10 nucleotide primers were used to assay the genomic DNA of Bothriocephalid tapeworm parasitic in Grass carp isolated from Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Guizhou provinces, and Bothriocephalid tapeworm parasitic in Common carp isolated from Helongjiang, Xinjiang, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou Provinces respectively. Similarity was calculated with the equation, F=2N xy /(N x+N y). It can be inferred that there exists a relatively high extent of variation among Bothriocephalus population. The phylogeny tree is obtained by Neighborjoining methods. The results show that the distribution of Bothriocephalus parasitic in these two cyprinids in China is demarcated mainly by southern and northern watersystems. It can be concluded that Bothriocephalus parasitic in these two cyprinid fishes in different regions of China can be classified into two groups, Bothriocephalus in Grass carp and Bothriocephalus in Common carp. The former includes Bothriocephalus collected from Guangdong, Guangxi along the Pearl River, and Fujian and Guizhou; the latter includes Bothriocephalus collected from Gansu along the Yellow river and from Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan along the Yangtze river and its tributaries. An RAPD markerrelated eletrophoresis pattern was found to identify these two Bothriocephalid tapeworms parasitic in Grass carp and Common carp.
