摘　　要：电子政务的多部门信息资源共享应包括三个层面:管理体制、共享机制和技术实现。本文从"金质工程"的业务系统分类、数据资源状况分析、数据库逻辑框架设计、数据分布模型规划和数据共享访问机制等方面入手,深入研究了质检行业跨部门政府信息资源共享在"金质工程"中的技术实现。information sharing across multiple departments in E-government should include three levels：management system,sharing mechanism and technical implementation。In this article we deeply investigate the technology of information sharing between multi-departments of ＂Golden Quality Project＂ from the aspects of category of management systems,analysis of data resources,logical framework design of database,planning of data distribution model and access mechanism of data sharing.
