摘　　要：概述了近年来利用血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)基因治疗闭塞性血管病的成果 。This is a simmary of results of curing obstructive vascular diseases with VEGF gene. The clinical effect and the safety about VEGF gene therapy are also explored primarily.
