摘　　要：从声学领域中两个具体的案例出发,探讨了声学领域专利申请的检索思路和网络信息的特点和效力,从而对网络信息对声学领域专利申请新颖性/创造性的影响进行了分析。From the acoustic field in two specific cases, characteristics and effectiveness of the acoustic field of application for a patent search ideas and network information are discussed, and the novelty/creative impact of network information on the acoustic field of patent applications is analyzed.
