浅议村民委员会选举制度的完善

摘　　要：文章分析了我国村委会选举制度的现状,指出我国村委会选举制度尚存具体规定比较笼统、缺乏详细性和选举争议制度不完善等方面的缺陷。完善我国村民委员会选举,需要进一步细化选举程序,完善选民资格标准,增加对候选人资格的限制性规定,完善选举争议的解决制度和加大对破坏选举行为的制裁力度。This paper has analyzed the current situation of the election system of villagers＇ committee in China and has pointed out that our election system of villagers＇ committee has some shortcomings that the specific regulations are ambiguous, which lacks detailed explanation and the election dispute system is not perfect. In order to perfect it, we need to refine the election procedure more, improve the standard of voters＇ qualifications, increase the limitations of candidates＇ qualifications, improve the solving system of the election dispute, and strengthen the ounishment for destroving the election.
