摘　　要：近年来,超越非物质文化遗产项目本身的整体性保护理念在我国得到广泛认同,并付诸实践。然而,在全球现代化进程加速的语境下,发展相对滞后并缺乏竞争力的少数民族群体及其文化事实上被边缘化了,他们普遍向往现代化生活,极力向主流文化靠拢,整体性保护实践不可避免地陷入困境。面对困境,目前理性的选择是:仍需加强个别单项分类式保护,但也须转变保护思路,适当引入父爱主义,由国家主导从立法、政策、资金等角度对少数民族非物质文化遗产进行保护,待条件成熟后,再实行整体性保护。Recently, the idea of integrated protection on intangible cultural heritage has been increas- ingly widely accepted and put into practice in our country. However, were Minorities comparatively lagged behind and their culture was m with increasing globalization, there arginalized. Most of them yearn for modern life and draw close to mainstream culture greatly led to the inevitable dilemma of integrated protection. To cope with those dilemmas, the rational choice was made ： Strengthening protection of single intangi- ble cultural heritage, changing the way of thinking, introducing paternalism and asking the government help from law, policy, and capital to protect the intangible cultural heritages until all conditions are mature for integrated protection.
