摘  要:随着医药产业的快速发展,社会对医药营销专业人才需求的不断增加,越来越多的医药院校开设了市场营销专业,但各校培养模式没有体现医药营销专业人才的培养特色。本文根据培养目标以学生的职业素质养成构建课程体系,加强理论与实践教学融合,实习与就业相结合,体现医药营销专业人才的培养特色,就医药营销专业围绕"四位一体职场式"培养模式进行研究与探讨。With the rapid development of medicine industry, the increasing demand of pharmaceutical marketing professional talents, a growing number of medical colleges and universities opened a marketing major, training mode but the pharmaceutical marketing professional talent training characteristics didn't be reflected. According to the training objectives to students' professional quality con- struction of curriculum system, to strengthen the teaching of theory and practice, combination of internships and jobs, pharmaceutical marketing professional talent training characteristics, as pharmaceutical marketing professional around "four one workplace type" training mode for research and dis- cussion.
