摘　　要：基层医生是民众初级卫生健康保障的主要力量,担负了常见疾病的诊治和基本预防保健任务。通过对基层医院医生肿瘤学知识的规范化培训,能够提高其业务水平,加大对肿瘤的防治力度。本文结合该院在基层医生肿瘤学规范化培训实践中的体会,提出了基层医生肿瘤学继续教育过程的侧重点。The Fundamental Medical Practitioners are the main force of medical security for peoples＇ basic health. They play the key role on the diagnosis and basic prevention of common disease. To conduct the standardized training program for the district medical practitioners will improve district health care for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor in urban and rural area in China. This paper discussed the key points in practice the standardized training program of Oncology for the fundamental medical practitioners in order to improve the quality of continuing education.
