摘　　要：农业生技产业的长期发展很大程度上取决于相关厂商的实际技术和产品开发效率,与厂商研发创新能力密切相关。该文从研发经费投入、研发经费支出、研发主要成效、研发面临的主要问题,以及厂商研发受政府辅助影响5个方面对台湾当前农业生技厂商研发市场结构进行分析总结,并从企业战略合作、资金募集渠道、研发基础设施、研发人才队伍等方面提出了进一步提高台湾农业生技厂商研发效率的对策建议。The long-term development of agricultural biotechnology industry depends largely on the relevant manu- facturers of the actual technology and product development efficiency, and is closely related to R^D innovation abili- ty. This article from the RgcD, R＆D expenditures, R＆D major achievements, development problems, and R＆D firms under government aided effect 5 aspects to the Taiwan Agricultural Biotechnology R＆D market structure anal- ysis. And cooperation, from the enterprise strategy, fund raising channels, R^D infrastructure, R＆D personnel etc. to put forward a proposal to improve the Taiwan agricultural biotechnology industry development.
