摘　　要：从人胎儿肾中提取总RNA ,反转录得cDNA ,PCR扩增获得 1.3kb的骨形态发生蛋白 7(BMP 7)的全长cDNA。克隆的BMPTotal RNA was prepared from the human fetal kidney.cDNA was synthesized as template used in PCR for amplification of the full cDNA (1.3 kb) for bone morphogenetic protein?7(BMP?7). Sequencing result showed thatthe amino acid sequence coded by this gene is identical to that of the reportedhuman BMP-7.
