摘  要:采用不同的负载制备方法、改变其活性组分的负载量、γ-Al2O3的加入顺序以及加入助剂制备一系列的MoP/γ-Al2O3催化剂,对催化剂进行了表征,并与催化剂活性相关联。结果表明:不同的负载制备方法、活性组分的负载量对催化剂活性影响比较大;而载体γ-Al2O3加入顺序对MoP/γ-Al2O3催化剂表面物种有一定的影响,从而影响催化剂的活性;助剂Ni能较大地提高催化剂的催化活性。A series of MoP/γ- A1203 catalysts were prepared through different making methods, the changing of active component' s loads, the γ- A12 03 ' s adding sequence and the auxiliary' s joining. The effect of support on the performance of catalyst for CH4/CO2 reforming to synthesis gas was investigated. The results showed that the ac- tivity of catalyst was large influence by the making method and the loading of the active component. And the γ- A12 03' s adding sequence has some influence on the MoP/γ- A12 03 catalysts. The surface of the MoP/γ- A12 03 catalysts species, then lead to the affect to the catalyst ' s activity. Additives can significantly improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst.
