摘  要:采用重金属捕集剂二硫代氨基甲酸盐(DTCR-2)深度处理低浓度矿山废水中Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+、Cd2+、Cr3+等多种混合重金属离子,研究了pH值、DTCR-2添加量、搅拌时间、反应时间、温度以及絮凝剂等因素对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:调节废水pH值为8左右,投加φ(DTCR-2)=1%的DTCR-2溶液1.2 mL,室温下搅拌5min再添加适量联合絮凝剂,总反应15 min后,各重金属离子去除率均达到96%以上,出水中所考察的重金属离子质量浓度均远低于国家排放标准。DTCR-2, as a kind of heavy metal capturing agent, is used to deeply remove heavy metals such as Cu2+ , Zn2+ , Pb2+ , Cd2+ and Cr3+ in low-concentration mine wastewater, and the influence factors of operating con- ditions, such as pH value, capturing agent dosage, stirring time, reaction time, temperature and flocculent, are re- searched. Experiment results showed that when the pH value of wastewater was adjusted to about 8, adding 1.2 mL of DTCR-2 solution,which the volume fraction of DTCR-2 was 1%, then stirring 5 minutes under room temperature and adding appropriate amount of flocculants, the removal efficiency rate of each kind of heavy metal was higher than 96% after total reacting 15 minutes. The concentration of investigated heavy metals was far below the standards of national emission.
