摘　　要：目的：探讨复合平塞补片在腹股沟疝修补术中的应用效果,探讨应用的适应证.方法：对280例使用复合平塞补片行无张力疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者进行分析.结果：手术后无切口感染及血肿,8 例阴囊肿胀,3例皮下积液,随访6~18个月,279例无复发,1例三次手术者复发,均无异物感.结论：复合平塞补片在腹股沟疝修补中是安全、有效的,术式简单,值得在临床进行推广.Objective To observe the effect of complex flat plug patch in the repair of inguinal hernia and go further into the applied in- dication. Method 280 eases of such illness in using complex fiat plug patch were analyzed. Results The incision caught no postoperative infection and hermatoma. 8 eases suffered from scrotal swelling,and 3 subcutaneous accumulated liquid. After discharging from the hospital for 6 - 18 months,all patients fell no foreign body and 279 cases were no recurrence,only one patient had a relapse who had repaired two times. Conclusion It is very safe and effective to use complex fiat plug patch in the repair of inguinal hernia and the methods is simple.
