摘　　要：目的:探讨新方法治疗尿道处女膜融合症的临床效果。方法:试验组108例尿道处女膜融合症患者行尿道口前置手术;对照组45例尿道处女膜融合症行尿道口-处女膜成形术。结果:试验组与对照组在改善女性下尿路症状(lower urinarytract symptoms LUTS)、尿常规、肾区叩击痛、尿道外口位置、性交后诱发或加重LUTS方面P<0.05,试验组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:尿道口前置术方法操作简单、并发症少,治疗效果优于尿道口-处女膜成形术。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of new method to treat the urethral hymen fusion disease. Method The experimen- tal group：108 cases of urethral hymenal fusion disease patients did urethral meatus lead operation; Control group：45 cases of urethral hy- menal fusion disease did urethra meatal - hymen oplasty. Results The experimental group and control group in improving lower urinar ytract symptoms（ LUTS）, routine urine, kidney area rap pain, urethral mouth the position, sexual intercourse after the cause or aggravate LUTS aspects P 〈 0. 05 ,The treatment effect of experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Urethral meatus lead operation method is simple,with less complications,and treatment effect is better than that of urethral meatus - hymen oplasty.
