心理护理对糖尿病酮症酸中毒急救的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对糖尿病酮症酸中毒急救的影响。方法:将住院的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者60例,采用随机抽样方法分成对照组和心理护理组,其中对照组为内分泌常规护理,心理护理组为内分泌常规护理的基础上加强心理护理,利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者的焦虑程度,同时检测血糖以及尿酮体变化,记录血糖恢复10 mmol/L左右、尿酮体阴性的时间,记录患者的住院时间。结果:心理护理组患者的焦虑程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理护理组患者血糖恢复10 mmol/L左右及尿酮体阴性的时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理护理组患者住院天数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者加强心理护理,能显著缓解其焦虑情绪,促进患者缩短血糖恢复10 mmol/L左右、尿酮体转阴及住院天数的时间,有利于患者病情的好转。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on diabetic ketoacidosis. Method 60 diabetic ketoacidosis patients were randomly divided into control group and psychological nursing group. The nursing methods of control group were routine endocrine nursing. Excepting routine endocrine nursing, psychological nursing group also enhanced the psychological nursing. By using self - rating anxiety scale （SAS） ,we evaluated the anxiety levels of patients,in the meantime, detected the changes of their blood sugar and U - Ket, re- corded the times of blood sugar recovered to level 10mmol/L,U -Ket disappeared,and length of stay in hospital. Results Anxiety levels of psychological nursing group were significantly lower than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;the times of blood sugar recovered to level 10mmol/L and U - Ket disappeared in psychological nursing group were significantly lower than control group（P 〈0. 05） ;Also,the times of length of stay in hospital in psychological nursing group were significantly lower than control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Enhancing psychological nursing for diabetic ketoacidosis patients can reduce their anxiety levels, and play a signifi cant role in blood sugar recovered to level 10mmol/L,U - Ket disappeared,and length of stay in hospital steadily,which will be benefited for the recovery of patients.
