摘　　要：目的:探讨如何优化剖宫产手术的护理配合程序,更好的配合手术医生、麻醉师顺利完成剖宫手术,最大程度地满足剖宫产手术患者的需要,预防和减少并发症的发生。方法:总结1 836例剖宫产手术患者术前、术后访视中患者的意见和建议,术中配合存在的护理缺陷,医生反馈的意见和建议。从患者的生理、心理需要出发,通过质控组进行讨论和分析,针对存在的不足,提出整改的措施,制定出更人性化、更优化的剖宫产手术配合的护理程序,并于2012年1月起开始实施。总结2012年全年769例剖宫产手术患者的术前、术后访视情况,术中配合的情况,医生的反馈意见进行对比。结果:优化的剖宫产手术护理配合程序,从细节做起,从患者的生理、心理需要做起,更人性化,更科学化,术中、术后患者并发症明显减少,患者对手术医生的满意度更高,为剖宫产手术患者提供了更好的优质护理服务。Objective To explore how to optimize the nursing procedure of section cesarean operation, to complete the operation with a better cooperation with doctor and anesthesiologist, to satisfy the maximum need of the patients on the greatest degree, and to reduce the in- cidence of complications. Method 1836 cases of caesarean section patients before the operation,postoperative visit patients＇ opinions and suggestions, the nursing defects of cooperation during the operation, the doctor feedback and suggestions from the physiological, psychologi cal needs ,to discuss and analyze the quality control group ,in the light of the existing problems. Place, put forward rectification measures, formulate a more humane ,more optimized caesarean operation with nursing procedure. Launched in 2012 January. Summary of 2012 annual 769 eases of caesarean section patients before operation, postoperative visits, eooperation during operation conditions, oomparing the feed back of doctor. Results The optimization of the caesarean section operation nursing program,the details from the start,from the patient＇s physiological, psychological needs, more humane, more scientifie,intraoperative and postoperative complications of patients decreased signifi cantly,the operation doctor satisfaction was higher, as high quality nursing service caesarean operation patient provides better.
