河北省耕地集约利用与经济发展的耦合关系分析

摘　　要：分析耕地集约利用与经济发展关系,有利于了解土地的合理利用及经济的可持续发展。依据耕地集约利用程度与经济发展之间的耦合互动特征,构建了耦合协调理论模型,对河北省自1978年以后耕地集约利用与经济发展的耦合度和协调度进行测度和耦合关系的分析。结果显示:从耦合度的时序来看,改革开放以来河北省耕地集约利用与经济发展系统基本处于相互耦合的颉颃阶段,于2010年开始进入磨合阶段;从耦合协调度的时序看,河北省耕地利用系统与经济发展系统的耦合协调程度也比较低,基本还处于中低水平。因此,河北省应加强农业及经济政策的改革完善,在保障粮食安全的前提下,适度提高耕地利用集约度,大力发展社会经济,改善人民的生活水平,维护社会安定和谐。Analyzing the relationship between intensive land use and economic development is conducive to rea- sonable land use and the sustainable development of economy. The coupling coordination theory model was constructed based on coupled interactive features between the degree of intensive land use and economic de- velopment, which measured coupling degree and coordination degree between the degree of intensive land use and economic development of Hebei Province since 1978, and their coupling relationship was analyzed. The results indicated that from the timing of coupled degree, the system between the degree of intensive land use and economic development of Hebei Province since the reform and opening up was basically at the stage of mutual coupling antagonistic. System coupled degree was into the run-in phase in 2010. From the timing of coupling coordination degree, the coupled degree of coordination of Hebei Province was relatively low and ba- sically in the low to medium. Hebei Province should take certain measures to improve and reform agriculture and economic policies. Firstly, the food security should be ensured. Secondly, the basic agricultural condi- tions need to be advanced. Thirdly, the socialist economy should get developed and people＇s living standard should be improved greatly. In addition, the stability and harmony of society has to be enhanced.
