民间资本、产业资本转化与实体经济发展

摘　　要：在全球经济复苏不确定的背景下,转型成为中国经济发展的必然选择。实体经济和金融持续发展是相辅相成的,但目前融资难、融资贵导致实业资本成为一种稀缺资源,而有限的资本由于产业不振甚至还流出实业经济,转化为金融资本成为"热钱",反过来又严重影响了实体经济的发展。实体经济回归与转型首先应是资本回归实体经济,提升金融服务实体经济的能力是金融服务实体经济的本质要求,在市场配置金融资源的改革导向下,民间资本助力成为实体经济回归与转型的关键。Under the background of the uncertainty of global economy recovery, economic restructure is an inevitable choice to China. The real economy and the sustainable development of finance supplement and complement each other. Because of the difficulty of funds raising, the industrial capital becomes a kind of scarce resource. Furthermore, the limited industrial capital e- ven turns into financial capital or＂hot money＂ when the real economy has a recession, which inversely hinders the development of real economy. The revival and transition of real economy needs the backflow of capital, and the improvement of financial service to real economy is the essential principal.With the guidance of financial resources distribution by market mechanism, the private capital will be the key point in the revival and transition of real economy.
