兼业程度、地权期待与农户的土地退出意愿

摘　　要：农户土地退出是城镇化过程中无法回避的现实问题。理论分析表明,兼业经营程度和农户对土地权益的期待,是影响土地退出的重要因素,且地权期待可能是兼业经营影响土地退出意愿的中介变量。为了分析兼业经营程度、土地权益期待与农户的土地退出意愿之间的联系,本文选择了12个可测指标,运用223个全国范围的抽样数据,在信度和效度检验的基础上,构建了结构方程模型。研究发现,虽然"兼业能够改变农户的土地权益意识进而影响其土地退出意愿"这一路径在统计上不显著,但兼业经营程度和土地权益期待都对农户的土地退出意愿有显著的正向作用,且二者与退出意愿之间的标准化路径系数都较大,表明它们是土地退出意愿的重要解释变量。具体来看,兼业经营程度每提高一个单位,土地退出意愿就会增加0.469个单位;而土地权益期待每提高一个单位,土地退出意愿就会增加0.537个单位。Urbanization inevitably causes lots of farmers losing their land. Theoretical analysis shows the degree of farmers＇ part-time business and their aspiration of land rights are the important factors influencing the land out, and aspira- tion of land rights may be a mediator between the part-time business and the land out. This paper selects 12 measurable in- dicators, uses 223 samples of farmers on a national scale, constructs the SEM to analyze their correlations. The result indi- cates that , although the aspiration of land rights doesn＇t act as the mediator,the degree of farmers＇ part-time business and their aspiration of land rights both have a statistically significant positive effect on land out, and they actually are the main factors affecting the willingness of land out, because the standardized path coefficients between them and the willingness are quite big. Specifically,if the degree of part-time business enhances 1 unit, the willingness of land out will increase 0. 469 unit. And if the aspiration of land rights enhances 1 unit, the willingness of land out will increase 0. 537 unit
