江苏新型城镇化与城乡一体化“空间落点”协同战略

摘　　要：三大国家级战略发展规划为江苏省实行新型城镇化和率先实现现代化提供了重大政策机遇。江苏省需围绕国家级规划的战略机遇期,将城镇化发展的"空间落点"置入以苏锡常、南京、徐州为核心的三大城市圈内,并建立沿宁沪线、宁杭线、宁启线、京沪线、东陇海线和沿海高速走廊的覆盖整个江苏省域的新型城镇化和城乡一体化的"空间落点协同"战略,最终形成"苏南率先,苏中崛起,苏北赶超"的区域发展新格局。The three strategic development plans agreed by central government provide great policy opportunity for Jiangsu to fulfill new pattern urbanization and modernization firstly. Jiangsu province should put the urbanization space on the Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou metropolis circle, Nan- jing metropolis circle and Xuzhou metropolis circle, and put forward the new pattern urbanization and urban-rural integrated development along the Nanjing-Shanghai expressway , Nanjing-Hangzhou expressway, Nanjing-Qidong expressway, Beijing-Shanghai expressway, east Longhai railway, coast- al expressway, and finally form the new regional urbanization development pattern of south Jiangsu taking lead, Mid-Jiangsu growing up and north Jiangsu catching up with the above.
