摘　　要：分析了Cr4Mo4V钢球淬火产生混晶组织的原因及其影响,通过试验探讨了其消除方法。结果表明,Cr4Mo4V钢球中超标的混晶组织经过预处理后再重新进行淬、回火,可有效消除混晶组织,提高钢球的压碎载荷值。The cause and effect of mixed grain structure after quenching of steel ball made of Cr4Mo4V are analyzed, and the elimination method is tested. The results show that the mixed grain structure can be effectively eliminated by pre - treatment of excessive mixed grain structure before quenching and tempering, and the value of crushing load is in- creased.
