摘　　要：三化协调发展是中原经济区战略的最高境界,是中原地区的可持续发展之路。四化同步发展,是建设中国特色社会主义的重要途径,是国家发展战略的重大选择。如何在四化同步发展的框架下,走好三化协调发展的路子,是中原经济区面临的重大战略选择。全方位融入信息化元素,坚持走好"两不三新"三化协调发展的路子,是中原经济区2020年前全面建成小康社会的最佳战略选择。The three-zation coordinated development is the highest level of the zhongyuan economic region Strategy and the road of sustainable development in the central plain region. The four-zation simultaneous develop- ment is the important way of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the major choice for national de- velopment strategies. How to take the road of three-zation coordinated development under the framework of four- zation simultaneous development, is a major strategic choice of Zhongyuan Economic Region. The best strategic choice of Zhongyuan Economic Region is that the elements of information technology fully integrate into the road of three-zation coordinated development for building successfully a well-off society by 2020.
