摘 要:为减少Mg(OH)2纳米晶在制备干燥过程中发生颗粒团聚现象,并使其表面性质由亲水性变为亲油性,首次将硬脂酸作为表面修饰剂直接引入共沸蒸馏干燥体系,成功制备得到硬脂酸表面改性Mg(OH)2纳米晶.并用透射电镜(TEM),X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD),红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM),对表面改性Mg(OH)2纳米晶形貌、结构进行表征.将其加入到ABS塑料中,相对商品微米量级产品表现出较好的分散性,阻燃和力学性能也得到较大程度提高.To prevent the possibility of hard agglomeration of Mg(OH)2 nanocrystallines, and change the surface character of Mg(OH)2 nanocrystallines from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity, stearic acid as a surface modified agent was firstly introduced into a conventional azcotropic distillation system. Fortunately, the surface modification and drying of Mg(OH)2 nanocrystallines was successfully achieved in one step. In addition, the morphology, structure and the properties of surface modified Mg (OH)2 nanocrystallines were characterized by transmission electron microscopy ( TEM), X ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), repectively. Compared to traditional Mg (OH)2 micro particles, surface- modified Mg(OH)2 nanocrystallines were dispersed better in ABS resin, and the corresponding flame retardancy and mechanical properties were raised to some extend as well.
