有氧运动及人参总皂甙对衰老大鼠抗氧化指标含量的影响  被引量:5

摘  要:采用有氧运动或/和补充人参总皂甙的方法,对衰老大鼠进行4周的实验干预,观察有氧运动或/和补充人参总皂甙对自然衰老大鼠血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等指标含量的影响.结果显示:通过有氧运动或/和补充人参总皂甙的干预,与对照组(A组)相比,补充人参总皂甙组(C组)和有氧运动联合补充人参总皂甙组(D组)血清的T-AOC、CAT含量明显升高(P<0.05),而血清SOD含量无明显变化(P>0.05);有氧运动组(B组)各项指标含量变化均不明显(P>0.05).实验结果提示,无论是单纯的补充人参总皂甙还是有氧运动联合补充人参总皂甙都能提高衰老大鼠血清T-AOC、CAT含量,这对增强衰老个体的抗氧化能力有重要意义.By aerobic exercise and / or supplement ginseng saponin method, 40 natural aging rats for 4 weeks experimental intervention were operated. The author observed the effects of aerobic exercise and / or supplement ginseng saponins on serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and other indicators of rats. The results showed that: through aerobic exercise and / or supplement ginseng saponins intervention, compared with control group (A), the ginsenosides group (C group) and aerobic exercise joint supplement ginseng saponin group (D) which content of serum T-AOC, CAT were significantly higher (P〈0.05), while no significant changes in serum SOD levels (P〉0.05); the content of the indicators for aerobic exercise group (B) was no significant change (P〉0.05). These results suggest that either supplement alone or aerobic exercise joint supplement ginsenosides can improve serum T AOC, CAT content, which enhance the antioxidant capacity of the aging individuals.
