摘 要:为解决层次分析法在多指标综合评估中的不一致性、多源评估数据不可靠性以及评估结果不全面、不直观等问题,提出了一种基于层次分析与数据融合的综合评估方法.该方法首先改进1-9标度法,合理确定多因素权重,减少了层次分析的不一致性;然后,设计了多源评估数据的可靠性预处理机制和基于数据融合的综合评估算法,提高了多源评估数据的可靠性、综合评估结果的准确性与全面性.最后,将该方法应用到高校教师课堂教学质量综合评估系统中.系统运行结果表明该方法可行、有效,评估结果准确、全面、直观.In order to solve the problem of inconsistencies on the multiple index comprehensive assessment of analytic hierarchy process, unreliable multi-source assessment data, an incomprehensive and untidy evaluation results, this paper proposed a method of comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process and data fusion. Firstly, this method improved 1--9 scaling method, determined the reasonable weight of the multi factor, and reduced the level of inconsistency for AHP; Secondly, it designed the preprocessing mechanism to the reliability of multi-source assessment data and the comprehensive evaluation algorithm based on data fusion, in order to improve the reliability of multi-source data and the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the results of the comprehensive assessment. Finally, the method was successfully applied to the assessment system of classroom teaching quality in college. The running results showed that the method was feasible, effective, and the assessment results were accurate, comprehensive and intuitive.
