摘　　要：介绍了在线智能氧检测系统的性能、特点以及在中国石化安庆分公司污水处理场湿空气再生(WAR)装置的应用。该系统采用双检测仪并联检测、在线自动校准、数据双向传输技术对废碳泥再生进行在线监测,结果表明:快速回路取样减少了样品检测滞后时间,三级分离脱水和隔膜过滤对样品中水分及杂质处理,减小了对检测仪检测室的污染;以氮气和仪表空气为零点和量程校准气,按设定时间定时自动校准,减轻了维护工作量,保证了测量精度;控制单元连接2台检测仪,双回路采样及同时检测,提高了检测仪的安全可靠性;测量值和报警输出信号作为进料高压泵控制参数和联锁信号,为其安全运行和节能降耗提供了数据支持。The paper introduces the performance and characteristics of Xendos 2200 on-line intelligent oxygen detec- tion system and application of wet air regeneration unit of sewage treatment plant in Anqing Branch. A system control unit can be connected with 6 sets of detectors at different measuring points and be calibrated automatically at a set time. Its measured value as a control parameter monitored the sewage treatment system. The application results showed that the detection had speed and high accuracy and provided reliable data for the sewage treatment system.
