摘  要:针对电路中脉冲与频率量的检测,在对比直接测频法和等精度测频法的基础上,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的等精度测频装置的实现方案。文中不仅分析了等精度测频法的优越性,还通过硬件和软件设计并运用虚拟仪器软件开发平台LabWindows/CVI完成等精度测频法的实现。实验结果表明,选用等精度测频方法,其相对误差均小于直接测频方法的相对误差,稳定度更好,精度更高。For the circuit pulse frequency detection, based on the contrast between direct frequency measurement and equal-precision frequency measurement, it proposes an implementation of equal-precision frequency measurement device based on virtual instrument. This article not only analyzes the advantages of equal-precision frequency measure- ment, but also uses virtual instrument software development platform LabWindows/CVI to complete equal-precision fre- quency measurement through hardware and software design. Experimental results show that the relative error is less than that of the direct frequency measurement, and the system has better stability and higher precision.
