摘 要:以粉细砂为主料,按不同水泥掺入比、不同外加剂配比、不同成型方式以及不同龄期等参数组合制备水泥土试样,开展大量室内试验研究。对粉细砂水泥土的强度、变形和渗透特性进行分析和探讨。研究成果表明:水泥土的抗压强度随水泥掺入比的增加而增大,两者间较符合二次抛物线关系;水泥土的抗压强度随龄期增长而增大,两者关系可用对数函数关系进行拟合;膨润土和减水剂对水泥土的强度和变形参数影响很小,但膨润土有助于降低水泥土的渗透性。总结出水泥土抗压强度与水泥掺入比、抗压强度与龄期、变形模量与龄期、变形模量与抗压强度、渗透系数与龄期等参数之间的经验关系,可为水泥土配合比设计以及参数预估提供依据。A series of laboratory tests on cement-stabilized fine sand were carried out to research its properties of strength, deformation, and permeability. Various factors such as cement mixing ratio, admixture ratio, sample preparation mode, and age were taken into account in the tests. Results revealed that the compressive strength of cement-stabilized soil increases with cement mixing ratio in a trend which can be described as a quadratic parabolic function. The compressive strength of cement-stabilized soil also increases with age, and the relation between them fits logarithmic curves fairly well. Bentonite and water reducing agent have very small influence on the strength and deformation properties, but bentonite helps reduce the permeability coefficient of cement-stabilized fine sand. Ex- pressions of the empirical relations respectively between compressive strength and cement mixing ratio, strength and age, deformation modulus and age, deformation modulus and compressive strength, permeability coefficient and age, were suggested, which serve as the basis of mix proportion design and parameter prediction for cement-stabi- lized soil.
