摘 要:砂土或黏土中加入废旧轮胎颗粒和水泥,可对土体进行改良,增加稳定性,提高强度和耐久性,同时可降低造价等,如用作路基或挡墙填料,或用作海岸涂层材料等,具有广阔的应用前景。对添加轮胎颗粒后的混合土进行了系列试验研究,以探讨混合土的土工力学特性。结果表明:养护龄期、轮胎颗粒和水泥含量对混合土无侧限抗压强度有较大影响,随轮胎颗粒含量减小,混合土渗透系数随之减小,CBR值(加州承载比)相应增加,剪切模量随之增加。试验表明,混合土用作改性土工材料其力学性能优良。By adding tire granules and cement into sandy soil or clay, the geotechnical properties of the mixed soil would be improved, such as increase the stability, enhance the strength and durability, and reduce cost. The mixed soil has broad application prospect as a filling material for subgrade and retaining wall or as a coating material for coast protection. Tests were carried out on the mixed soil to investigate its geotechnical properties. Results re- veal that the curing age, tire granule content and cement content have great influence on the unconfined compres- sive strength of the soil mixtures. With the decrease of tire granule content, the permeability of the soil mixture de- creases, the value of CBR (California Bearing Ratio) increases and the shear modulus increases. The tests indicate that the soil mixture have excellent mechanical properties as a modified geotechnical material.
