摘　　要：为证实蟾酥注射液对仔猪白痢的治疗效果及筛选出最佳治疗剂量,通过设定高、中、低3个剂量的蟾酥注射液对猪自然感染致病性大肠埃希菌(仔猪白痢)进行治疗,并以穿心莲注射液为对照,结果表明,蟾酥注射液高、中剂量组与穿心莲注射液对照组疗效相当,疗效确切,低剂量组则疗效较差。表明蟾酥注射液对由自然感染致病性大肠埃希菌引起的仔猪白痢有较好的治疗效果,临床推荐剂量为0.2mg/kg,肌内注射,2次/d,连用3d为宜。To prove the curative effect of the venenum bufonis injection （VBI） on white scour（WS） of piglets, and select the most therapeutically effective dosage of the drug. The piglets naturally infected with the pathogenic Escherichia coli （which caused the WS） were used in this study. Three different doses of VBI （0.2 mL/kg as high-dose group, 0. 1 mL/kg as middle-dose group and 0.05 mL/kg as low-dose group） were given to these piglets for treatment. Andrographis paniculata nees injection （APNI） was used in con- trol group. The results showed the high-dose and middle-dose groups have the same efficacy compared with the normal control. In conclusion,VBI had a curative effect in treating the piglet WS caused by the pathogenic ET. coll. Finally, 0.2 mg/kg body weight two times per day for three days continuously was strongly advised as the recommended dose by intramuscular injection in the treatment of WS.
