腰痛贴膏镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：为研究腰痛贴膏镇痛作用功效,采用注射醋酸致小鼠扭体法以及大鼠光照甩尾法和小鼠热板舔足法来观察腰痛贴膏的镇痛作用。与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏低、中、高剂量能够显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数,差异显著(P<0.05);结果表明,与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏低、中、高剂量能够显著提高大鼠痛阈值,差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏中、高剂量能够显著提高小鼠的痛阈值,差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明腰痛贴膏具有显著的镇痛作用。To study the analgesic effect of lumbago plaster,the experimental animal modles of acetic acid-in- duced writhing in mice, illumination-induced tail-flick in rats and hot plate-induced licking foot in mice were built. Compared with the control group, the writhing times in mice were significantly reduced in the low dose, middle dose and the high dose groups of lumbago plaster, the difference was significant （P〈 0.05） . compared with the blank control group, the pain threshold in rats was significantly increased in low dose,middle dose and high dose groups of pain plaster, the difference was significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）; compared with the blank control group, the pain threshold in mice was significantly increased in middle and high dose groups of pain plaster, the difference was significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. It suggests that lumbago plaster has obvious analgesic effect.
