摘　　要：佐剂是一种免疫增强剂,能提高抗原的免疫原性和免疫反应的可持续性,并能诱导机体免疫系统针对相应抗原产生更强的体液免疫或细胞免疫反应。蜂胶是蜜蜂工蜂采集的植物树脂与其上颚腺、蜡腺等的分泌物混合而成的胶黏性物质,具有广泛的药理活性及保健功能。近年来,蜂胶在兽用免疫佐剂中的应用越来越受到人们的关注。论文着重介绍蜂胶作为兽用疫苗佐剂的研究进展及应用概况,为蜂胶作为免疫佐剂的深入研究和在动物生产中的开发应用积累资料。The adjuvant is one of the immunopotentiating agents which can promote the immunogenicity of the antigens and increase the constancy of the immunoreactions. It can also induce more potent cellular and humoral immune responses to the specific antigens. Propolis is a resinous substances collected by honeybees from various plants, mixed with honeybees~ secretion by the mandibular or wax gland. The propolis has a variety of pharmacological activities and hygienical functions. In recent decades, the applications of prop- olis in veterinary vaccine adjuvant received extensive attention. The present article reviewed the researches and applications of propolis used as veterinary vaccine adjuvants. We aim to provide references for the intensive study for the propolis vaccine and propolis adjuvant.
