一起猪瘟病毒和副猪嗜血杆菌混合感染病例的诊断

摘　　要：四川遂宁某养猪场送检病猪2只,通过临床解剖、细菌分离鉴定、PCR、RT-PCR等方法进行实验室诊断,综合判定为猪瘟和副猪嗜血杆菌混合感染,并从发病猪体内成功分离到一株副猪嗜血杆菌。采用K-b法检测副猪嗜血杆菌分离菌株对28种常用抗菌药的敏感性,结果显示,该菌株耐药性比较严重,仅对复达欣、头孢肤肟、左旋氧氟沙星敏感。Two sick pigs from a pig farm in Sichuan Suining were diagnosed in the laboratory through clini- cal anatomy, bacterial isolation,PCR and RT-PCR, these two pigs were determined as mixed infection with classical swine fever virus and Haemophiluspara suis through the comprehensive judgement, and isolated a strain of Haemophilus parasuis from the diseased pigs successfully. The antimicrobial susceptibilities of Haernophilus parasuis isolated to 28 antimicrobials were detected by K-b method. The results showed the Hps isolate had strong drug resistance, wsa only sensitive to fortum,cephalosporin and levofloxacin.
